Charles Gibson has always had a passion for working with people and helping them achieve their dreams and goals. A former college golf coach, Charles has found a passion in serving people as a real estate agent. After a couple of years of coaching and leading young athletes, Charles realized that his skills in communication, leadership, and negotiation could be utilized in other ways to benefit his community.
Charles started his coaching career right after college, working as a graduate assistant coach for Dallas Baptist University. He helped lead both men’s and women’s teams to national championship appearances and to winning multiple conference championships.
While coaching, Charles learned the importance of communication and building strong relationships with his players and their families. He also developed excellent negotiation skills when recruiting new players and dealing with boosters and alumni.
Charles grew up in the real estate industry. His grandmother was an agent for many years and his father is a lender and has been for 30+ years. After coaching, it was a smooth transition for Charles to become a real estate agent, where he could continue to use his skills in communication and negotiation to help his clients find their dream homes. Charles’ experience in leadership and teamwork also helps him work effectively with other agents, inspectors, and lenders to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.
Charles’ dedication to his clients and his community, along with his 6+ years of experience, has earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable real estate agent. His coaching experience has given him a unique perspective and skill set that he uses to serve his clients with integrity and professionalism.
